Description
Made from Moscato di Scanzo grapes dried for about forty days, gently crushed and slowly fermented then aged two years in barriques and steel. An intense ruby red in colour, with garnet highlights emerging over time, it offers the nose hints of red fruit, spices and vanilla; pleasantly sweet on the palate, with good structure, persistence and softness. Ideal with dry pastries, dark chocolate, or aged or blue cheese, it is also excellent for sipping alone.
