Description
Made with Franconia grapes (known as Imberghem in the dialect of Bergamo), gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks. A bright ruby red in colour, with purple to carmine highlights; very fresh aromas of cherry and strawberry; on the palate, a well-defined stinging acidity is balanced by fruity sweetness; rich in fresh, pleasurable tannins. Ideal served with first courses (such as ravioli or casoncelli with meat filling), white meats and the traditional cured meats of the Bergamo region.
