Description
Made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested and fermented separately. Aged in 25 hl French oak barrels and then in the bottle for at least one year. A deep ruby red in colour, with a fruity aroma containing subtle hints of spice and liquorice; good body, structure and tannins. Perfect with roasts and red meats, noble poultry, wild game or aged cheese.
